President Yudhoyono on a diet??

My weight has plunged 10 kilograms within eight weeks of taking part in a diet program, says President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
He told reporters at the Presidential office “[The reduction of my weight] is a result of this diet, not a stroke.
President said he planned to lose another 3 to 5 kilograms.
He said “I have taken the diet so that I can be as energetic as journalists.”
Presidential special staff on information affairs Heru Lelono earlier said that Yudhoyono had stopped eating various fried foods and had begun eating roast fish, tofu and yogurt.
This was the second time Yudhoyono denied a stroke rumor. The rumor came after Yudhoyono conducted an annual health checkup at the Gatot Subroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD) in Central Jakarta in April, which was made just four days after he met a team of Presidential doctors.

how to make scrambled eggs?

Whether you eat them on their own or as an accompaniment to other foods, scrambled eggs are simple and quick to make, leaving you plenty of time to pursue other interests outside of the kitchen.

Method for making scrambled eggs

  1. Take two eggs per person and break them into a bowl.
  2. Heat a medium sized non-stick frying pan or saucepan over a moderate heat to warm it up. Do not use a pan that is too large, as the eggs will spread out too thinly and cook too quickly. Eggs cooked at a temperature that is too high will turn out to be quite rubbery and dry.
  3. Meanwhile add salt and pepper to the eggs in the bowl and 1 tablespoon of milk per egg and beat the mixture vigorously for around 2 minutes until the eggs have completely blended together. The more the mixture is whisked, the more air enters, which should result in light fluffy eggs once they are cooked.
  4. Once the pan is warm, add 1 teaspoon of butter per egg and melt the butter tilting the pan, so that it melts evenly.
  5. As soon as the butter turns to liquid add the beaten eggs and allow the eggs to set slightly. Do not stir the eggs at this point.
  6. As soon as the eggs begin to solidify, take a wooden spoon or spatula and begin to scrape the eggs from the sides of the pan and fold them over into the middle. Repeat this action continuously, taking care not to burn the underside of the eggs or allow it to stick to the bottom of the pan, until all of the runny liquid has disappeared but the eggs are still moist. Break up any large pieces of egg as you do so. This should take about 4 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from the heat. The eggs will continue to cook even though they have been taken away from the heat, due to the heat from the pan. For this reason, you may remove the pan from the heat when the eggs are still fairly moist, as long as they are firm.
  8. Serve the scrambled eggs with toast or as you prefer.

 TNI against Somali pirates

Indonesian military (TNI) spokesperson Rear Adm. Iskandar Sitompul said Sunday that the nation should be proud of the government's work in rescuing the crew of the Sinar Kudus.
"No other nation has succeeded in saving men held hostage at sea in less than 150 days. We managed to do it in 46 days," Iskandar said at a press conference.
He said that as early as March 18 the President had led a Cabinet meeting to discuss rescue options, and that by March 23 navy soldiers had been sent to monitor the ship’s situation.
"We sent three ships, one aircraft and one helicopter," he said.
However, Iskandar said that the government chose not to take military action as it would put the safety of the hostages in danger.
"The Association of Trade Ship Captains and the families of the men preferred to negotiate," he said.
He said, "We recommended Samudera Indonesia carry out the negotiations with the pirates.”
Iskandar said the military helped to escort the ship to the nearest port after the pirates deserted it following the ransom payment by the company.

love

Hello friends, i want to share my story to all of you who read my blog, I want to tell you something about love story, but this is not the ordinary love story, but about my own love story. At this time I’m in a relationship with a beautiful girl named Winda Anggraini, she is twenty one years old and she now lectures at ABFII Perbanas and majored in accounting. How can I meet her? It’s a long and interesting story. Year ago, exactly on 28 May 2010, I was invited by one of my friends named Dwi to watch his choir concert at the Goethe Institute, Kuningan, South Jakarta. At that moment I’m single and looking for a girlfriend. My friend Dwi was planning to introduce a girl to me at the concert, but I had thought that he was only joking. When the concert finished, I was waiting for him because we were planning to hang out. But it turns out, Dwi walked toward me with that girl and directly introduced her to me. That girl is my girlfriend now, the one and only Winda. I was shocked, feel ashamed, just can smiled. After that meeting I went with my friends to hang out, then on the way I asked Dwi her phone number and he gave it. Dwi told me to add her facebook and I did it, I send her a message too. The next day she replied my message, and from there we began to contact via sms and chat, I always communicated with her every day. After that, I asked her for a date, after two dates, precisely on 12 June 2010 we were officially on a relationship, until now.  Time passes very fast, it’s almost a year I know her and have a relationship with her. I feel so happy, because I love her so much. I hope she can be my last and I can be her last.
